Why some people using Christianity to make money?

wow! you're somewhat very upfront in your statement.there are always people who will be using instruments (religion for that matter) to their advantage so they can get what they want.you can't only say this for christians,i think some people from other religions are doing it as well.no matter what religion one is in,it always depend on the freewill of the person if they will do such bad things or not.i guess there are people who are like this because they are desperate.they don't care about the consequences of their actions. happy mylotting!

i think there is nothing wrong with making money. The question is you do with the money you make. If you're a preacher and receive large donations, what do you do with the money? if you use it to satisfy your earthly needs and desires, then i think it's wrong. if you use it to extend the kingdom of God, then by all means, do so. remember, we live on earth to glorify God and not ourselves.
