What's your favorite place to visit in Kentucky?

I really like going to the Red River Gorge and the Pinnacles for hiking. Do you have a favorite spot in Kentucky? Where?

I have only driven briefly through Kentucky on the way to somewhere else, so I don't remember any particular spots.

And it's a brief drive, too. You can go well over the speed limit with little police confrontation...in my experience.
