When you marry into a family, how do you introduce those members? Do you think of your husband's grandmother as your grandmother? Do you introduce his/her nephews or nieces as your own? My husband likes to think of my family as his own, but I still like to say at least in-law. I think of my husband's family as my own, but I don't think I should introduce them as my family as if by blood. What is your opinion on this?

Nieces and nephews are ours and introduced as such after we stated their name. My in-laws I introduce with their name and explain that they are my husband's parents. Grandparents and aunts and uncles are introduced the same. My husband does the same with my family. Neither of us ever formed a strong bond with the respective other side of the family. We probably live too far away from them all, lol.

Grandparents parents...I'd call them by their names unless invited to call them mom/dad/grandma etc. Introducing them i'd introduce them as my mother in law or father in law or my husbands grandparents.
Nieces and Nephews would be mine too...I've never heard of a niece in law or nephew in law before...I've never heard of an aunt or uncle in law either.
