Hi, I love Japanese food, especially shushi & sashimi. Shushi has become a favourite globally. Not just eating, learning how to make as well. To all sushi lovers, good day.

I love Sushi, too. What do you like the best? I enjoy California rolls and eel. They sound gross, but it's really good. :)

I love sushi, it's my favorite food. My husband can't stand the thought of eating it, so he just makes fun of me. I think it did start as a trend in the U.S., but a lot of people do like it. I love most japanese food.

Hi, I love all types of sushi. I am quite skilled in preparing maki-shushi (rolled type with any ingredients of my choice. I seasoned the stuffing with typical Japanese taste, add in sweetened egg-block fried. It is always a party dish, come Christmas, this will be on the table again. California-roll is favourite too, eel-topping on bowl of rice is great. Do you like this too?

I'd really like to be able to make vegetarian sushi. It looks to be really fiddly though, and I imagine I'd get annoyed with it and end up giving up before I was finished. I don't eat fish, so regular sushi wouldn't hold much point for me, but I think it would be quite easy to make it vegetarian instead.

Hi, Sound great to be creative in vegetarian sushi. Have not tried this before. There is this rolled shushi with pickled radish which can be bought from the supermart. May I suggest that you top with mushroom, fried bean-curd slice (tofu),asparagus, seasoned red/white radish, or imitation vegetarian-meat made from beans or flour, etc. or even with fruits of your choice, this could be very healthy too.
