How many of you out there, talk on your cell phone while driving a car? Do you find it distracting? I have followed people who are on the phone while driving and they really need to hang it up. Most people are unaware of how really distracted they become. I know that on occasion something may come up where you need too, but talking just to talk, come on is it really necessary? Let me know what you think I would love to know.

I do talk on my cell phone while driving because it does not pose as a distraction to me. I am a wonderful multi-tasker.

I'm a multi-tasker also, but when you are talking and driving you really are distracted. What would happen if you got into an arguement while driving, where would your attention be? On the arguement or driving? My bet is it would be on the arguement we are all human after all. Just food for thought.

I often talking while driving. I realize its potential danger thuogh I didn't feel it distracts my attention too much. And I found a lot of people do that while driving. It seems that many people take it for granted. The best solution is not pull over when the call coming. my suggestion is buy a bluetooth earphone, it's much cheaper now.

This is one of my pet hates, I think it is so very dangerous, I even think these new navigation devices can be just as dangerous, I have seen people doing right hand turns while talking on a mobile phone, I think people are so stupid thank heavens it is against the law here in Australia but as I see it there is a lot of people still taking the risk, it seems they just can't stay away from their phones...

I talk on my cell phone while I am driving once in a while, but I definately do not make a habit out of it.I only talk while I am driving in cases where I have too. I agree that it can be dangerous, especially when the driver is fumbling around for their phone. I keep my cell phone either in my coat pocket or in my lap. If for some reason it is not there and it rings, I don't bother answering it. Better safe than sorry.
