i am always cautious against buying electronics online cos i am worried that i will not get the same product or inferior product. My wife did a lot of online shoppings but they are clothings and accessories and till date, she does not encounter any problems. Would you tell me if the transaction is reliable? I believe you bought the laptop from your local Ebay so shipping is not a problem and do you make payment first? or upon delivery? we have not purchased anything from Ebay yet

No, I bought from the website and paid 15.00 shipping. The sellers are ranked according to how much they sell and what their customer feedback is. (this helps in choosing who you buy from) I use Paypal to buy everything I get and have bought clothes,electronics,toys,and home decor as of now.You pay upfront through paypal but most items have return policies. If you buy from ebay make sure you read the item description carefully. They will describe the product,if it's new,used or refurbished,and will let you know of any external flaws if there is any.That way you know just what your getting.Surf the website a bit as a guest that way you can get comfortable.There is a report policy that you can use through ebay if you are ever dissatisfied.Good luck and happy bidding.

Hi! I would really like to try online shopping. In short, I cannot answer your question because of the lack of experience, but I am interested in following up your discussion. My cousin told me that it's okay to buy online from eBay, as she would sometimes do so. She just advised me to be cautious about the product description. I will try this and will pay with my Paypal. I would like to try this out because it's more convenient than having to go to the mall. Besides, there are some good deals, like the laptop you purchased!

You'll love it..I do..I'm just careful about the descriptions and I read the feedback other people have given them. Paypal is the safest method of payment but some sellers do except checks and money orders. Have fun. Ebay has everything..lol...thank you
