It is just something beyond limit. Yesterday By curiosity I checked my post in mylot. Today also I am online as I wanted to check my mail and also thought checking Mylot as well.I am just surprised. It is nearly 30 posts deleted..
If this is the rate of deletion, I will never progress. Plus I guess this month also I will just miss payout.( I need 3 cents more).
I know all these Mylot adjustments nad all. But from last few days, they are deleting so much.. I still do not understand, did I answered so many post that are against mylot guidelines. I am confused.

I know another member who has had a bunch of his discussions deleted. As I just checked out his stuff. I have never seen his stuff get deleted that before. Nor have I seen his stuff voilate any guidleines. All I know I was gone for a couple of days. As my neck was out. It seems it was a good thing. I have read several discussions now were a bunch of content has been deleted. I am sorry it happen to you.

I did lose a few points overnight as well subha but not nearly as many as you did thankfully. This has happened in the past too. It could be that a member was banned and if that has happened then all the discussions tha member started as well as those they responded to are deleted. So, if you responded to any of their dicusssions or they responded to any of yours, those points are now gone. I am not sure that is really fair when that happens as we respond in good faith and are penalised. There might be nothing at all wrong with the discussions or responses but the member has for some reason or other been banned.
This same sort of thing happened a couple of years ago. I know of a few people who lost heaps of points through no fault of their own during that time, so they simply left myLot. Some of them have never come back either and I doubt they ever will unfortunately because they had some interesting discussions.
I am not sure of the answer to the problem either but there must be something. Maybe we need an email or some other notification to let us know why we have lost the points, e.g. 5 discussions you have responded to in the past 10 days have been deleted and that is reflected in your points. We possibly do not need to know that a person has been banned but at least we will have some idea what is happening rather than having to guess.
In future all we can do is continue starting discussions and responding to others and at the same time hope that none of them are deleted for any reason whatsoever. Good luck and hope you do not lose any more points in the future.

Yesterday i had done 350 posts and today i was shocked to see that there were 346 posts. I did not know that mylot deleted posts. This is the first time it has happened to me. Why do they do this? I am feeling discouraged and if it goes on i might even quit mylot. I have not even reached my first payout and if such deletions carry on i don`t think that i will ever get paid.

Hello, subha12.
What if myLot decided to start deleting old posts? I mean, there are discussions from three years old in here. What if they decided to delete those discussions? Then, you will not lose any money at all. Only our number will decrease, but your earnings will still be the same. Did you notice if your earnings are decreasing? 30 posts should get a lot of your money down. If you notice that your earnings are going down, then you should start really worrying. Perhaps being extra careful with the kind of discussions that you respond.
Respectfully,
Munhozmib.

This does happen every so often, it has happened to me on many occasions and I know it happens to others. I used to post 90 a day and in one week one time I lost 60 points, and the faster I posted the more I kept losing the points and it was nothing to do with things being deleted. I have lost a few points myself this month but because I am not posting even a quarter of what I used to I have only lost a few.

I noticed that my rating went down today. Perhaps this is because some of the posts that I received positive ratings in were deleted? Maybe some members just didn't appreciate some of my posts? I have my post count reduced every once in a while, but I have never noticed as significant a drop as 30 in one day. I try to avoid posting in discussions that are started by newbies who seem to be posting a lot or spamming. This is usually a sure sign that threads will be deleted or that a member will be banned/removed. I wish that there was an easy answer to this problem, but sometimes trial and error is the only way to learn. Try to take note of the threads or posts that get deleted and perhaps you will be able to learn what to avoid. Good luck.

We share the same faith...I've been posting so much only to find out that they have deleted some of my posts. I tried to checked those topics that I replied on yesterday and found out that many of those topics are deleted. I know I have not posted on any discussion that is against the rule but what I've notice is that they are deleting repeating discussions even if it is started by a different user.

It keeps happening to me as well. and i kept wondering why so? so now i know that i have to watch out.I wish we had some kind of a system warn when we are about to post, so that we can alter our posts accordingly.this way, you keep going up and down- in fact remaining stagnant :)

I was told by someone here, I believe, that sometimes posts are deleted because someone was deleted from mylot and thus all their posts..or their posts were deleted.
I haven't of late saw my posts being deleted; but, it has happeneed in the pas.

Make sure that you read the mylot guidelines. Dont' post in discussions that seems dodgy that they might get up deleted. If you do that you will be safer and your posts will not get deleted.

Hello subha. When I logged in today, I also found that nine posts were deleted because my number could tell me. There was one time weeks ago when more than forty of my posts were deleted. I was so depressed and was wondering how come I had responded to so many discussions that were against the guidelines of mylot. It is very annoying to have so many deleted, but it seems that the earnings were not reduced. Yes?

Its second new for me , yesterday I have heard first news from one of mylot friend , but he had lost only 2 his dicussion and for you its 30 post its really a sad , and I am also afraid from it since I didn't get any payment yet and trying to reach out the limit and after learning from you I will try to maintain the level and I will also suggest you for the same , since we have spend our time and energy regarding this so we it would be always bad to loss point or post ...

my lot might be doing something wrong that may decrease its popularity.so mylot should not do such things.
