We do not have such a big list. We have 10 and that is to many for our budget.

Around October, I asked a favor for my mom to buy me some stuff before she went home. And she did. This stuff somehow helped me go through the my Christmas shopping list since most of my friends are female and the stuff my mother brought me are all kikay stuff. Anyways, it helped in a way that I have shortened the list of "to buys" from my end.
My list somehow is around 30.

Hi there my friend. I don't have that many people but i will tell you who is on "our list":
- my mom and dad - they are getting the gift together
- my brother and sister - same as above
- my girlfriend's mom and dad - same as above
- my girlfriend's grandma
Apart from this i am giving a gift to my girl (actually a bunch of gifts) and she is giving me one.

hi!
when I saw this discussion, I started thinking how many people on our gift list. I have to count first before I respond to this discussion. but I'm too lazy to count, i will just approximate it. I think its more than 50 but less than 100 since, i bought small gifts for all my son's classmate. they are 25 in the class. and his 5 teachers. it's just a small gift that ranges 20 - 50 pesos for the kids. I just want to teach my son to share his blessings.
take care

Not as many people that are on your list! My parents, sister, and brother-in-law are the main people I shop for. I am giving small gifts to a couple of friends, and I am sending Christmas cards to a lot of people. I want to at least send Christmas cards. I'll spend enough money on stamps alone! I'm just glad I can do that much with money being so low. : )

Well, not much in terms of gifts. I am here in the U.S. (with my two sisters) and I will give them each a gift, and also a good friend of mine, plus my Secret Santa at work. My parents as well as my other younger siblings in the Philippines will just get money from me. It's very expensive to send packages to another country; and besides, they have their own personal tastes, so it's best that they just buy what they want with the money. I guess my dollars will still go a long way there, and I will also help in my country's economy.
Merry Christmas in advance and happy myLotting!

I don't exactly know how many they are... since i did not make a list... but because i can remember all of them... i think they are only a few... cousins, nieces, nephew, and parents from both sides of the family... and some are for my co workers... good thing my husband is working abroad... and chinese don't really celebrate christmas... so there are not that many to give...
I only have like 5 more gifts to buy... so i will be starting with my gift wrapping next week...

We have our 3 kids, My sister, her husband and son, My mom, His mom, His dad, his 2 sisters, his brother, their 4 kids, his brother-in-law, my best friend (my other sister), her husband and their 2 kids. So 21 people are on our list. All of the adults are getting recipes in a jar. The kids (not ours) will probably get dollar store gifts or homemade gifts of some sort. Our kids are getting a few VERY CHEAP toys and probably something from an outreach program. If I had it my way, we'd skip Christmas this year due to money being non-existant.
