I'm on Broadband on a State-Owned (Government) Internet Service Provider in India and the bandwidth ranges from 256kbps to 2mbps and never goes below 256kbps. And the download speed reaches upto 600kbps and sometimes more than that. When I was on dial-up on the same provider, the maximum was about 42 kbps and the download speed was 4kbps maximum.
So, whats your bandwidth and download rate? Don't forget to mention the country..!
Cheers! Happy MyLoting..!

And me too, from Tamil Nadu.. I'm on State-owned BSNL.. I love AirTel for its customer service - prompt and immediate action..! You cannot expect the same from BSNL.. Customer service sucks totally..! :( You know there was heavy rain these days, and so, all the phone lines failed here. And for me, Broadband, too, failed.. It took nearly FOUR days for them to solve.. The same on AirTel will get solved in less than 15 minutes. :)
