rich man has much money,poor man hasn't. but rich man isn't definitely happy.so rich man maybe poor and poor man perhaps much rich.

the difference is poor is aware of poverty and rich is along with property

My Dear Friend I think a poor man is one who worked hard but failed and a rich man is one who also worked hard but succeded . I think it is the circumstances that made one rich and another poor . Thanks For raising such a good discussion.....! Happy Mylotting ! Take Care ! Ganesh !
