What's with Obama?

During his campaign I was swept up in the belief that this man had the ability to bring real deperately needed change to our great country. Now I'm not so sure. I think it's great he's working so quickly to get things together even as President-elect; but what's with him keeping the Sec. of Defense? Was he not prepared to handle the situation he got himself into? Was he just another politician that knew how to sweep America off it's feet? or Is this something needed to help him focus on the economy while the war can be someone elses problem for the first year?

He said whatever he felt he should say to make Americans believe him so he would be elected. I have never had a good opinion of him, and I don't think I will feel any differently when he actually takes office.

Amen..oh and BTW anyone go out and buy their Obama holiday winter scarf yet? No wonder everyone pushed for this man to win,especially the big wigs and media quacks. This man is the biggest cash cow they have seen in years.Go out and get your Obama coins,scarves and decorative plates,show your support! Not me;)

Of course he was not prepared to handle the situation. If I remember correctly there was a whole political party that tried to tell you people that. For a guy wanting to change things so much he sure is bringing back a lot of people from 8 years ago. I guess he doesn't disagree with Hillary as much as he told everyone he did on the campaign trail either.
