Is pakistan encouraging terrorists to enter into India?

Recently in Mumbai attacks,it is found that for every 10 minutes a phone call is made to karachi through satellite phone.it confirmed that pakistan hand in mumbai attacks

Is that so? Does it mean that these terrorists were Pakistanis? I watched the news on tv but I did not know if these terrorists are Pakistanis.

No doubt in it only pakistan fundamentalist is responsible for that. But you know even pakistan also under thoese fundamentalist attack. In pakistan around 60-70% people supporting these fundamentalist. So its harmful for both country india as well as pakistan. Terrorist is non-stop thing now a days.
