What do you think of people who talk to the dead?

My girlfriend talks to the dead. She sees them and can tell ya whats going on and my other girlfriend wants to take me to a tea house that is suppose to be haunted .. I dont want to see or care to talk to ghosts ... Are any of you into that kind of thing and what are your thoughts on this subject???
