How can you pacify a super active kid?

I have a 3 year old daughter that is so intelligent that is why she is loved by my family, especially by my mother. Only that she is so active, and she tends to be so annoying sometimes, that when you try to call her attention and warned her she will get mad and losses her temper and make a more disturbing acts that makes me crazy and mad too because i am so scared that something might not good happen to her. Could you suggest me what other things could i possibly do to pacify her? I already did the following and nothing seems to work: 1. Story Books 2. Board Puzzles 3. Kitchen utensils (toys) 4. Leappad 5. Bicycle 6. Playcorner (with different toys) I would appreciate if someone could share my thoughts about having an active kid.
