As per my views development of a country depends on the people of the country. Wat according to you a person should do to help the growth of the country!

My major contribution are the skills and intelligence I humbly have, needed to work in the company operated and manged locally. I may have opportunities to apply to work abroad but I rather have my own country benefit the efficiency its own people have.

The first thing a person needs to do is to get an education so that you can recognize what the needs of your country are and how you can help. Then you need to set a goal and work hard to achieve it. You also need to share this ideal with others so that they, too, want to work towards the betterment of their country.
