SNL or Mad TV spoof of Hugo Chavez's TV Show

Hey, I was watching PBS the other night and on FRONTLINE there was this documentary called "The Hugo Chavez Show" where basically its about how Chavez came to power and how he uses the media to literally run the country from his morning TV show called "ALO PRESEDENTE". What I found most amusing is how he would publicly humiliate his ministers, hire and fire his closest friends and staff, verbally attack other countries and its leaders (especially George Bush), and sing (very badly I would add), all on live TV. After seeing this I was thinking how this would make a great sketch comedy on Saturday Night Live or Mad TV, I can just imagine somebody like Fred Armisen or Keegan Michael Key or Johnny Sanchez playing Chavez, That would be a great role to get into.
