Do you love or hate spiders and how do you get them out of your home?

I have had a fear of spiders all my life and come out in a hot sweat every time I see one in my house. I have to kill them because the thought of them running around terrifies me, it's them or me!! My husband can pick them up and put them outside and hates it when I squash them with a shoe or a book! How do you cope when spiders come into your home?

I am afraid of spiders, and I usually ask my fiance to remove them for me. I know that they are not going to hurt me in any way, but I am still afraid of them. When I was living on my own, I had to handle them myself, and I have done it a few times, because I didn't have a choice, but I hate them and I wish they'd stay away from my house!
