ever meet with online friends ?

I have made many friends on yahoo messenger and here on mylot, but have never met any of them. I wish I could meet my online friends some day, maybe meet you!

I have a friend that I met thru my friend Elaine, who met her online - mind you, this was back in the OLD days! My friend has been gone for 10 years and she met her about 5 years before that. She also came to Austin and met another person she had met online, that was even a few years before that. Wow, we sure have come a long way in 20 years!

I have never met an on line friend. I'm not sure if I would or not. You are very wise to meet in a cafe where everyone can see you as you have to be so careful in this day and age. Let us konw how you get on and if you are still friends afterwards

I have met a online friend when I was in college. We met at a resturant and walked around in my college. But at Last we never contact each other.

absolutely!when i was a student,especially in college,i liked to surf the internet and chat with my online friends,over a span of times,we were curious with each other,so we decided to meet up,usually we dated at mcdonald's,we just chated and had a hamberg,not did other things...hahaha...

Well, I have met quite a few of my online friends in person. Some of the memories are good, and we continue to be good friends even, while some have been maybe a Big mistake in a way as well. Personally no matter what when you decide to meet someone in person you have met online first, you need to remember that not always will it continue to work out, and many are not like they will claim to be online as well.

Ah yes, I met with someone online before. We went to Mammoth Cave... good times, good times. Although, it is really risky meeting someone online, unless you are for sure who you are meeting is who you really think they are. If you are a minor, just having parents with you is still not enough. You have to be acquainted with them enough to know they are who they say they are. Just sayin' :)
