How does one stay young?

How does one stay young like me and you? By eating healthy foods, right?What kind of healthy foods?By consuming foods that have cholesterol our bodies have the ability to repair cell membrane. We have to distinguish now the different kinds of fat - our brain is 70% fat. So if you go low fat diet, your brain is deprived of fuel used for thinking. Staying young involves blood circulation, the more blood going around our body, the more impurities will be brought to the kidneys for filtering. If the arteries are blocked by other kinds of fat how can the blood circulate? The main problem is when one is stressed, adrenaline gathers fat and this concentration is what causes blood from circulating well. Even to the point that this kind of fat blocks the arteries and obstructs blood from flowing causing heart attack or if the blockage is in the brain - stroke. What kind of food will break up this fat concentration? It is food that contains choline, lecithin and inositol. And what are these food? Eggs, butter, liver, bone marrow and brain. Seems hard to swallow doesn't it? According to an article in the National Association of Science Writers awards in 2001 (search nasw cholesterol) people need cholesterol. While having cholesterol one needs to break up the fat concentrates that andrenaline gathers due to stress, so the emulsifying properties of choline and lecithin will do this job. And what will fuel choline and lecithin? Protein! The combination of choline, lecithin and protein will allow one to have the cholesterol necessary for cell membrane repair and fats needed by the brain to keep one young and thinking properly. What does cell membrane repair mean? When the body takes toxins such as margarine, mono sodium glutamate or even pollution, the cell are permeated by the toxins. It is the job of cholesterol to coat the membrane and keep the cell intact. So depriving the body of cholesterol is tantamount to depriving the body of what it needs to repair the cells. When the cells are not repaired, one is open to all kinds of disease including cancer. So eat your eggs, be generous with butter, eat liver, enjoy bone marrow and have a good serving of that t bone steak. By doing so fats will be regulated so that blood will circulate and keep the impurities filtered by the kidneys. Keeping you young and away from disease and heart attack or stroke.

There are several rules to keep and stay young. First and foremost, food intake, exercises, emotion, and our mindset. We must feel young and healthy, if we often say this to ourselves, we behave young.
