My Pay Pal account had been hacked... All my money gone..... =(

today, I go and check my pay pal account, i found out that there is a lot of transaction and all sent to the same person... after I checked, Pay pal said i had added a new email and all the funds had been transfer... but actually i didn't!!!
they transfer my money through credit card... I try to cancel my credit card transaction but it is failed... Now, I had reported to Pay Pal and hope Pay Pal will verified and refund the money to me....
Do you having the same experience as me? what was you do? or had your any personal thing been hack in internet? Please share you experience and tell me what to do... I really worried and don't know what to do... Thanks...

About 6 months ago I had two transactions from my paypal that I didn't execute. They where both for over $500. One was from Rome and the other was somewhere in Germany. I contacted paypal and verified that I hadn't coducted the transaction. They had to investigate the incident, I got my money back in about two weeks. I hope they do the same for you. It is sad that other people steal the hard earned dollars of honest people.

I don't have so much money in pay pal but i really sad... the money i really hard to earned and today when i online, all my money was gone.. i so sad... you are right, it is sad that other people steal the hard earned dollars of honest people... some more the money is from my own pocket... i really shock when i see the transaction and really sad... luckily my dear is with me and comfort me... Hope Pay Pal will refund the money to me soonest possible...

did you by any chance reply to an email with paypal asking you to verify your information password etc because people have been sending fake paypal emails

No... I didn't reply to any email that asking for my information or password. Because I know replying such email is very dangerous, it very risky... Until now, i still don't understand how the person hacked my account, because he add his email to my account to easy him to transfer money... luckily pay pal removed my credit card, if not, i think more money gone... although i wonder why pay pal remove my credit card, but at least it save me...

Hey candysky. I'm sorry this happened to you. I have a paypal account also, but It was never hacked before, I can't imagine how you feel right now. It's a shame that people would do something so cruel to innocent people.
I wonder how they were able to pull this off. Do you have an anti-virus software installed on your computer? Looks like someone stole your paypal password somehow.
I'm going to be more cautious from now on.

I using office PC and my office is using Apple/ Mac machine... I think this machine don't have any antivirus software... I guess that they stole my paypal password through some other way... until now, i still wonder how they stole my password.. we really need to be more cautious from now on... now have a lots of talents people that lazy to work and wish to get money easily, they will have a lots of idea on stolen things... haih....
