Which God Do You Pray To?

I dont know much about other religions, hut it is said that Hinduisum itself has more thn 330 million gods and goddesses. There are three major ones ofcourse. Brahma- the creater. Vishnu - ther presever and Shiv - the destroyer. How does one Hindu decide whom to pay to? If you are praying to multiple gods thn how do you know who blesses you? What if you are making the other gods angry?
What about other cultures, whom do you pray to?

I pray to God, and Jesus Christ, however, I dont choose to go to church on a weekly basis, and I do not have the same beliefs as many others
