My Direct Refs on Neobux are not Clicking

I am surprised that, that why people are not clicking on Neobux.
They clicks for one or two days then stopped clicking. I think and there is no option to contact refs for standard members in neobux. They should have this option.

If they are American, then they might not be home. We just had Thanksgiving (holiday here).
