Well it's 3:04 AM in San Antonio,TX currently as I begin this discussion. Most days I'm still up at this time until about noon. Recently my bf and I stay up til about 9AM then sleep. Why is this? Well I do not work, except for MyLot of recent =] and my bf whom I live with and spend almost of my time with is a manager at McDonald's and is mostly on overnights. We sleep in the day and wake up around 8pm most of the time since he catches his bus at 8:45pm. I consider myself to have unusual sleeping habits due to being awake mostly at night to early morning. So what are your sleeping habits?

I used to be able to pull all-nighters years back but now the feeling of not resting when I am feeling tired is getting unpleasant for me. I start to squirm or even fall asleep wherever I was and whatever I am doing. Even loud noises have no impact on me. So I guess my night owl days are pretty much over.

Yes I quite know how that feels, but I do sleep in the day instead of at night. I used to pull all nighters though. And I even fell asleep once while in band class while playing my clarinet! It was insane, but I immediately woke up again with an uncomfortable jump. Sleep is heaven.

I know that some good advices seem not easy to be taken, but they are useful. I suggest that you not stay up so late. Regular life do a whole lot of benefits. When you stay up till 9AM, will u feel sleepy then? But it seems you get really used to it. Well, I have my lessons everyday and it force me to get up early the next morning. So I think I have a rather regular sleeping habits.
