Physically usually once one hits out of their teens. Unfortunately after that no matter how small you are you will never grow! Your growth spurts will slow down towards the later stages of teenage years also. However there’s no limited to how much you can expand you’re mind.

it depends on each person but scientist claim men stop growing naturally at age 25 and women at 21.

I read in a human body fact book that girls stop aging at the age of 18 and men stop growing at the age of 21 but somehow I don't believe that to be true.

It depends on your genes, your can have your growth spurt early and therefore stop growing early. It can be anywhere between age 16 and 21.

Stopped growing at 14, but then started to fill out. My dad joined the army at 20 and grew 6" to 6ft 3". I guess the age is different for everyone.

I stop growing when I turn 16 years old. Im 27 now and Im 5 feet tall. I do wish Im little bit more taller. My mom is about 5feet 3 and she is shrinking when she turned about 50. Not a whole lot but I can tell she shrinks a little. I dont even want to think about myself shrinking when I get older. People are not able to see me..... lol
