You can only earn by posting a review, by referring someone, if somebody rate your review or if somebody read your review. It's not a bad thing to read others' reviews too because you're helping them too earn some additional cents, you might not earn money by doing this but you might earn a friend :)

We i don't think you earn by reading and reviewing others reviews, when you read and rate people's reviews is like you are inviting them to read and rate yours also, and so that you can earn better. The only thing i know is that you earn points each time you comment on people's reviews and i am not sure if those points earned through that will finally be calculated to earn money, but i doubt it

I thik that the opposite is true. You may really read and rate the reviews. However, this aloneshall nt earn you any money. It is coun ted only by the product reviews you submit to the site.
