negative attitude make big mistake

i work in a bank,and my workmates are in the average age of 35,but me, is only 24. as a result ,they are all my teachers who tell me how to do the work,it's almost full of positive influence.but now ,i can be independent and do the work unattached. meanwhile,i find out that they'er never so positive to me ,because they'er passive to work just for earning while have no desire to make progress,and laze as possible as they can.god,it's really impact my work enthusiasm a lot.what unfortune happen yesterday,i make a 1000 surplus yesterday while i can't find out how can that happen even right now.but what i know is the internal reason ,what i should do is just adjusting my attitude to be actvie like before while ignore their negative behavior.
