Snow Day! / myLot

It is the first snow day for us today, well not a full snow day the school is still open there just are no buses. My kids will be going to school today since I have to work. They are not very happy about it, but at their school most kids don not take buses. Maybe there are 3 or 4 bus students in each class. We have quite a few snow days and some where the school is actually closed. On those days my kids stay home and I have to miss work. Do you get a lot (or any snow days)? If the school is open do your kids stay home or go to school?

No school days here, we have hurricane days. I grew up around the snow and loved the no school days, we had a blast makeing ice cream and sleding and building snowmen and making snow angles. I miss the icicles too. Enjoy everyone because they are great. Good Luck. God Bless

Thanks for the reply. Hurricane days would be scary, where do you live? My kids love the snow days, I myself don't really like snow so I don't enjoy them too much.
