How do you find good discussions?

I'm more of a responder than a starter of discussions, but once I've exhausted all the top choices under Today's Top, My Interests, Friends Started, etc... I am out of things to respond to. Some days I just put it on New and refresh every few minutes. Do you do this too, or do you have a better way of finding more discussions to respond to?

I go to my interests and go from there, that is why mylot made there so many different ones. I normally also go on either computers,people, or poems.
