How to edit a Template

I would like to edit a PTC template to make it better, im starting to learn about graphics and everything else but i need to edit this, can anyone suggest a good program that will let me do this the easy way, im not experienced with this but i know everything about coding and everything else. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks
