I think she has an awesome voice, is sexy and I seem to like every new song she comes out with. Keep up the good work girl!

Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of Rihanna's music. However, I do not think she's as talented as Beyonce, nor do I think she has her own identity. When she first came on the scene, she was a semi-reggae artist (remember the song "Pon de Replay?"). However, someone at her record label decided to "make her a star." They changed her hair, how she dressed, and pretty much her whole image! Now she's this "good girl gone bad" pop/rock artist just performing whatever will sell. Like I said, I like the songs she puts out--after all, anything that is force-fed to you will eventually go down, right? That's how I feel about Rihanna--she was force-fed to us all by her publicist and record label pumping mad money into her promos. But I will give her one thing--she's taken to her new image very well.

You could actually say the same thing about every artist they play on the radio. Most of today's bad are a "put together" by the music industries. However, I also think that having a good voice, being sexy, and a good performer are talents that people are born with. You either "have it" or you don't!

I agree with your comment to a certain extent. However, I think that you can be "somewhat" sexy and have "somewhat" of a good voice...the industry can fill in the rest where you're lacking. :)
