That was an amazing story and I do believe it was St Michael that saved the soldiers life...Angels are very real and are beside us all the time.
Reason for not being around is the flu or a really bad cold has come back again and just haven't been bothered with the computer..still am not right but will get there...love and hugs littleowl

This is a beautiful story and there won't be a dry eye in the house today! I hope other members have angel stories to share. I'm sure we all have our own angel, and that they help us when we're not even aware we're in danger. (My son's works overtime!)

There's nothing excitingly specific regarding our son, Scorpio - but he's walked away from two car accidents with barely a scratch (the cars were written off both times), and there definitely seems to be someone smiling on him. He's a vague, disorganised lad - but things seem to work out for the best through luck rather than good management. I can only hope his angel stays close by, as I sometimes think he's a disaster waiting to happen.

I don't know if it was an angel or not.. or the Holy Ghost, but when I first 'found' God I was a sittin' in the mountains and it was like I could see a thought/question drift across the very blue sky, and it hit me in the head! (Yes, it hit me in the head!) and I thought "God!" (THat was the answer to the particular question which hit me in the head that day almost thirty years ago, and from that moment I was healed of a very abusive childhood and wow, did it ever change my life and 'fate', or that is to say where I'd been headed.)

Hi Scorpio, This gave me goosebumps too especially as I personally feel such a closeness myself to Michael, my sons middle name is Michael and one of my favourite films is Michael starring John Travolta which is about he craziest most loveable warrior Angel anyone would want to meet. I believe this marine was saved by an Angel that day bless and we all know how Michael just loves a battle so he felled those 7 men eh! Thank you for sharing with us, a truly heartwarming, inpsirational story. Huggles. Ellie :D

Hi Scorpio, I don't know about my closeness to Michael but I do know that the Agnel that saved myself and my family one night was a guy and he was most unusual in the fact that he was on a motorbike. I don't know whether or not I have shared the story with you but this guy on the motorbike stopped on a roundabout long enough for me to stop my car not to pull out in front of him and then he just disappeared but when I continued my journey up ahead there was a very nasty car accident and my daughter said thats why that guy on the bike was placed there mum to stop us from being involved in this. Everything happens for a reason eh! Huggles. Ellie :D
