How many of you keep a dream journal?

Do you log your dreams at night? If so, do you use a special notebook or a voice recorder?
How often do you log your dreams? Do you add anything particular like what you ate the night before?
Thanks!

I started having very realistic, intence dreams that were most often totally off the wall several years ago and a dear friend of mine strongly suggested I start keeping a journal for my dreams. Sometimes dreams are meant to help us be aware of our surroundings so I started my journal July 29, 2006. Sometimes I will go for long periods of time without dreaming then several times a nite. Its like they have to catch up :) I've never considered what effect food might have, I just know that Tylenol PM will give me nightmares.

That's really interesting about Tylenol PM. The doctor gave me an antibiotic that gave me nightmares one time. It was really scary and realistic too.

I do not current keep one although I have often thought of keeping one. It seems that I have a lot of lucid dreams and I should be keeping one, but I don't have time when I get up to write about them and I don't have the time to really figure out what they mean.

I used to work at a job where I had to get up very early. I didn't have time to brush my hair, so I understand. Sometimes I would have lucid dreams when I was sleep deprived.
