Is b-u-x.net a scam?

Hi dear mylotters, I've been a member of b-u-x.net for over 3 months and I've finally reach the minimum payout. I just requested my payout 6 days ago. But 3 days ago (i think!) the website is not refreshing their ads. I couldn't click any ads until now. Now, I am really worried.

I doubt whether we can trust that site anymore coz my payment is pending since 4th October.
