But I notice lots of changes in myself that I am embarrassed too. I gain so much weight that I don’t even want to look in the mirror anymore.
I am fat and see rolls in the mirror even without my glasses on. I need help.
I been reading about a “ACAI Berry Supreme” and Bromalite (a colon cleanser)
I want to know if anybody tried this diet plan before?
Acai helps you lose weight by reducing your hunger, and Bromalite cleanse your body.
Is that healthy?

THanks

I suggest that you eats lots of lamband even more exerise. If nothing else works than you can try drinking lots of tea. Especially chinese green tea. Or you can go to an indian supermarket and ask for "SAFI". Both the chinese greean tea and "SAFI" makes to go to the loo a lot hance making you lose weight.

Hi ch88ss,
One of the best way to loose weight is by having a good "Meal Replacement Bar".
Meal replacement are different from fat loss diets. It contains all essentials Protein, carbs required by Bidy minus the calories.
You won't feel hungry by eating oneand will be able to cut down the calories in a certain meal which is usually 600-700 calories.A good meal replacement bar like "Trim Advantage" from quixtar contains only 210 calories.
With meal replacement you have to exercise and check your calories but won't gain weight after losing. My friend and mentor lost 14 Kgs with similar product and never gained it.

Hi Nabendu,
Congrats on your weight loss.
Thanks "meal replacement bar" is that almost like those nutri grain bar that I see at the store often?
But they taste awful right? I tried the nutri grain bar or energy bar and it did not help me at all.
But I will look up the Trim advantage and see what I can find in the stores.
Thank you

I wouldn't try anything other than eating less and working out some. it doesn't get more complicated than that, I wouldn't try any pills or wierd diets. if you change your eating habits and work out a little you'll probably see a big difference.
