hello everyone. I just bought a new processor which costs me more than 300 us dollar. The agent said that I could make ice cream using it but did not provide any recipe book. I am trying to experiment with my kitchen tool and I am trying to get an easy ice cream recipe. If you have any, please share it with me. P/s I don't like chocolate ice cream. Thank you.

This is just your basic plain vanilla ice cream, nothing fancy. 1 qt. half-and-half 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 cups cream Put them all in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour it all into the machine and turn it on until you have ice cream!

Ooops I forgot that it's against myLot guidelines to post recipes. Better jot it down quick before it gets deleted!

Hi Zalilame! I'll give you the recipe of Vanilla Ice-cream with Mint Pineapple Sauce. Ingredients 2 level tbsp. cornflour 2 liters milk 1 kg fresh cream 1 1/2 teacups powdered sugar 2 tsps. Vanilla essence Mix the cornflour and 1/2 litre of milk. Boil the mixture and go on strrring until it's thick. Beat the cream with half of the sugar. Mix the cornflour mixture, beaten Ice-cream, vanilla essence, the remaining milk and sugar. Prepare the Ice-cream in an ice-cream churner. Serve with the mint pineapple sauce. For the mint pineapple sauce 450 gms pineapple slices 2 level tsps cornflour 2 tblsps sugar 1 tblsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp peppermint essence 1/2 teacup creame de menthe Chop the pineapple slices very finely. Keep aside the syrup. Mix the cornflour and syrup from the can and boil until thick. Add the pineapple, lemon juice, peppermint essence and cream de menthe and mix well. Chill thoroughly.

Hi Zalilame! Congratulations on your purchase. Not knowing what type of processor you bought, I don't have any recipes that I can share. However, have you checked to see if the manufacturer of your processor has a website? Frequently manufacturers will have recipe listings, or links to those who do. The only other suggestion I have is to check a cooking / recipe site, such as recipezaar.com or others. Good luck & enjoy!

Thank you. Its such a waste if I have to give it back since its a very powerful processor with life time warranty. But the link is useful. Thank you so much.

I'm not totally aware of how much 300$ is there, but if the conversion ratio between US Dollar and € is also applicable to the life style (which makes sense.. i'm no economist though), I would return to the store and demand some recipes! :D

That would be nice. But I don't want to waste my gas unless there is something important or fun to do. But thank you for the response.
