When did you decide what you want to do with your life?

I'm graduating high school soon and I have no idea what I want out of life. I know I want to be happy and successful and have a family, but as far as college and a job I am totally lost still! I'm most scared that I'm going to get into a job and end up absolutely hating it! When did you decide what type of job you wanted and do you have any regrets?
