how to request payment from ciao

Here is my experience. As instructed in the help section of ciao, I click on the request payment tab. After I did there was message on the upper right hand side saying loading, after a while that message was gone but there was no change on the web page and there was no message whether my payment request is received and is being processed. So I clicked on the same tab again, the same thing happened. I've reached the minimum payout of $5 that's why I requested for payment.
How do I know what happened to my request? I was thinking that I will probably be informed by email of my request but I did not receive any.
Can anyone enlighten me on this? Thanks in advance!

hello there! in my experience i usually encounter this kind of problem when i'm using slow computers in the internet cafe specially if it is only dial-up. sometimes you really have to wait a much longer time compared if you're using dsl or broadband. i hope this is only the problem with your request in payment in ciao.

i just requested payout yesterday too, but it doesn't make any changes to the website i think it works like adding friends, because when i add him/her to friends the button stays "add as friend" but next day the person already accepted me. this is my payout so i think we need to wait a while and see.
