Help me find a survey site

I know people post vague discussions about this all the time, but I really have looked myself and have had bad luck finding a site that actually worked for me. Are there any sites out there that meet all these criteria:
- Protect your personal information (only sell aggregate data, not individual data) and have a privacy policy written up that looks solid
- Send a good number of surveys (maybe 4 per week)
- Has a wide range of topics, or at least topics that most people can write about
- Send surveys that you qualify for at least 50 percent of the time
- Pay in PayPal (very important for me)
- Has actually paid you
Any other good opportunities that you think fit some of these qualifications are fine to post, too. I'm counting on the collective knowledge of all the veteran money-makers here on mylot :).

i just finished a survey about a 5 minutes ago thats equivalent to $2 and they pay via paypal. if you're interested add me up and i can pm you the link. HTML is not working in my profile.

I really only use one site. It has paid me several times. However they send you a check. And you get 3-5 surveys a month. THey do have a wide range of topics. And I generally qualify for most of them. If you want to give it a shot: www.mysurvey.com

I've used http://www.freecashmoneygifts.com before and they've worked for me whenever I needed them. They usually pay within 24 hours of payment request via PayPal. It's more of site that pays users to do free offers instead of surveys, though. They've paid me whenever I've needed the money. It's pretty easy, but can take a bit of time; great for extra cash/emergency cash. It mostly works for people from English speaking countries. I've never had any problems with it. Hope I helped.

I know one survey site that intitally when you first join they sen you a lot of surveys...and also if you have a disverse household with kids...you will get alot. They however do not pay by paypal, but you can cash in points for prizes (really cool stuff), gift cards (to stuff you really use like MCDs) and cash. I will need your email to refer you. so request me if you are interested.
I am currently checking into another little interesting site and if it pans out I will let you know. I do not refer people to ones I have not actually been paid by.
