I need some tips on how to improve my blog

Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to computers and especially blogging I have a blog account but I realized how treble my blog was that I deleted my blog, and decided to start over, and I'm hoping you guys can help me, first of all I looked at some other blogs and they look so much cooler then mine, I mean how do I put graphics and interesting designs on my blog I want my blog to look more appealing please help.

If you want your blog to look nice, actually you can go and apply the blog templates that have been designed and shared by others.
Just go and search for "Blogger template", then you'll find a lot of templates available. There should have instructions on how you can apply them in your blog too.
