my fav is bread toast with sweet corn & mushroom topping. Its easy to make & also takes very less time. An ideal for breakfast.
Recipe:
Take little oil in a pan & fry chopped onion till light brown. Add boiled sweet corn & mushroom to it. Add salt, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce(optional), red chilli powder. cook for 5 -10 mins. Use this as topping over the bread & toast the bread on a pan with butter. You can eat it with ketchup or any dips of your choice.
Hope you try this!

Chicken Diable. Pieces of chicken in a mustard, honey and curry sauce - delicious but not spicy

Mine is baked curry chicken. I use chicken drumsticks/thigns, coat them with curry paste (curry powder mixed with minced garlic and light soya sauce) and let it stand for about an hour. Bake at 250 degrees for about 25 -30 minutes. I can eat this everyday!

Recently I tried a Portuguese fish recipe and it was so awesome. It's Portuguese way of preparing Cod Fish.
You can get the recipe here
