Alertpay: close down???????????

Yesterday when I check the latest news on a ptc site,the admin said that Alertpay closed down! I really shocked by this news cause I have account at AP and now I'm waiting for some payments to my account. Present I could login AP but do not know if the admin is a liar or AP really close down. Any one could tell me????????
