Employee Badges, how to give name to positions?

Hello, Guys! Long time no see. I have an emergency here. Since English is not my mother tongue, I want to know how you Americans or your English-Speaking people make badges (a card that you wear to show others what your responsibility/position is) for company employees. Do you use the following terms like Engineering Supervisor, Electrician, Safety Supervisor, Logistics personnel, Assistant to General Manager, Network engineer, Planning & Administration Specialist, Accounting Supervisor, etc. on their badgets/or name cards? I would appreciate your helping me figure out this kind of badget thing.
