Best configuration of computer

I plann to gift best computer to my one best friend on her birthday, so the problem is that I am not come up with discussion for best configuration which is best in market.

The computer's processor must be Intel Core 2 quad, 4gig of RAM, An Nvidia 9600 768mb videocard, ah 320gig harddisk, and LCD screen monitor. It may be expensive but it's one of the best you can have right now.

I think you have to bought 250 GB RAM and 2 GB hard disk and Duel Core processor and optical mouse.
