Why the politicians are required???

I think that politicians are just parasites who do nothing and get paid for it. A lot of them are not content to be parasites but they also need to be corrupt and raid the country's treasury as well. I think that the people should just hang the top leaders of the country who cannot improve the lot of the people. That way, no corrupt people will run for office. Cheers!!
