I Got Perfect Gift Today!!! I'm So Happy!!! After Waiting For So Long..........

Today is my six month in our company. I have work as a probationary employee for the past si months. I have experienced a lot of problems. A lot of challenges. And I even came to a point that I am about to leave the company. But still I was motivared by my officemate. Now, the best thong is that my manager spoke to me today, and let me sign a new conteact. A contract of being a regular employee. I was really happy, this is a perfect gift for me this Christmas. What about you? What is your status in your job?

Wow! That's great! Congratulations!!! That's something that you should be proud of. Sadly there are a lot of people losing their jobs at this time of the year, but you're lucky that you got to sign a contract, that means you achieved something in your life! Another step towards success! Keep it up, and don't forget those who helped you in any way. Plus of course, next time you have your own team to manage or someone who's below you, remember to treat them nicely and motivate them to becoming successful. Good luck!
