This happened for few months since my last exam last session. I did go to see doctor but the doctor said that nothing wrong, my internal organ ok, my brain ok, no tumors, no sign of sickness. But i'm still worry because i faced this situation at least once in every 3 or 4 days. someone can tell me what wrong with me? or got some other things from other world? help me

Hi sarawaken, I get something very similar. Sometimes it feels like a tickle across my leg, sometimes it feels like a cat walking across my body (except I don't own a cat), occasionally it gets bad and feels like a small child walking on me. It took me a while to figure out what it was. It happens mostly when I'm under stress and have been sitting at the computer or watching tv in an awkward position for a long time. When I lay down to go to sleep and my muscles are trying to relax a couple of nerves twitch and cause certain muscles to ripple and tighten for a second or two. It feels exactly like something stepping on me. I've had it happen to my legs, stomach, chest and arms. I even get them in my face. Stress causes a lot of problems in the body and even mild stress can cause the body to react in strange way. I know it can cause a deficiency of several B vitamins which will affect nerve and muscle tissue. I find that it doesn't happen as often when I take my vitamins every day. It sounds like you're going through something very similar. It's annoying but not other worldly just a very natural body reaction. I would recommend taking a good multi vitamin every day to make sure your getting enough B vitamins and try doing some relaxing meditation before bedtime. Maybe some herbal tea to help you relax, chamomile is always good. It definitely helps. Good luck to you!

That's weird. You need rest, maybe. You must have been stressed out and pressured with your past examinations. Try to unwind or have a body massage. I hope you get well.

This could be a question for the paranormal detectives. Has anyone passed away in your family recently? Every few days like that would tell me that something or something is trying to connect with you. Just my opinion.
