what u do when u have so many ideas but are too introverted 2 want 2 share them?

Mainly for fear of rejection and for fear of letting people "inside".I hate being exposed yet would love to share my ideas. How can i overcome this? I feel like it actually is holding my creativity back because i am afraid to step too far out of the box in fear of "what people will think?"
