hi everyone!
i think we should all change our perception of exercise. i mean, if we look at exercise as a pleasurable and an advantageous experience, then we will most likely stick to it.
such activities like going to the mall, shopping, or watching movies give us pleasure. that is why we make time or at least we find time to do them. but we always say that we don't have time to exercise. maybe because of our perception.
so if we think that exercise will give us the ultimate pleasure, we will make it our priority. eheh
what do you think guys? do you think i am right?
thank you for sharing your thoughts. God bless you and take care! :_0

Everyone knows, exercise is a must for a healthy body. Yet it is hard for us to stick to this routine. Always giving ourselves, excuses. I am one of this category. Yes, think exercise is a pleasure will motivate us to keep on with it.

I think that is a great suggestion indeed. Many people see exercise as a tiring and boring chore to be done, and when people have the opportunity to slack off, they will. So what needs to really be done is to create a mentality shift, so that people start seeing exercise as a fun way to not only keep healthy, but also to learn something new, catch up with old friends, make new friends, spend some quality time with your family...the list goes on. I agree with you, and I am sure that once people see excercise beyond a routine, mundane task, they will definitely start leading a more active and healthy lifestyle.

I agree with this. I think the more you enjoy your exercise the more likely you are to stick with it. That is why I like to do things such as swim or play tennis instead of going to the gym or doing some boring calestenichs. Exercise shouldn't be a pain.

Hi! I think that if you don't see exercise as a pleasurable experience you're doing the wrong exercise. If you don't like to run, try walking, hiking or swimming. Anything. I love spin classes. You're absolutely right. I love spin so much that I can hardly wait to get to spin class. It's the quickest hour of my day. Weight training is another story. I hate weights but I realize that it's something that I have to do to keep strong and I do it anyway. Take care.
