Was it the right time for R.R Patil and Vilasrao Deshmukh to resign?

No.indeed some political reactions are warranted at such times. however, this resignation results into more disturb in the state administration. not only this, but the most required concentration over the situation and afterburns gets loosen due to such developments. these persons are not personally responsible for these mishaps. if they would have become more active for the afterburn programmes and if they had been active during the operation, their resignation needed not to be taken place. such change shall not cause any fruitful result. on the otherhand the state administration shall be derailed. perhaps the top politicians want this.
