Yeah.. I'd like to know how to sleep! How does it actually happen? All I know is I lay down and when I'm tired I'm just asleep eventually! But how did I do it? What did I do that tells my body to sleep? Is it really just as simple as laying down and closing my eyes? Because I can lay down with my eyes closed for hours and hours and not go to sleep. So how exactly is it that I execute the command to sleep?

i think it's just something only God knows.
He probably made it specifically for rest.
you know the saying that says: you cant cheat nature.
some people try not to sleep most times cos of their work, and some partying.
but unexpectedly, they fall asleep, thus...............u cant cheat nature.

when you have had an exhausting day your brain realises your muscles arn't being used during the time you lie in bed so they relax your brain realises your not moving so your oxygen levels will be lower so your heart will slow down in the sleep is just a way of going uncoscious for a long period of time with the lack of oxygen your brain starts to stop functioning the important actions and goes to sleep itself but your ears stay on full alert so you can wake up to any noise like bumps in the night lol
